Get some rainbow colorful magic with this Sprinkles Mug Cake. This is a Cake to celebrate all things festive, whether you just want to treat yourself for surviving the hustle and grind of the week or you are throwing a small surprise party for a family member or friend. The awesome thing about having sprinkles on anything is that it takes you back to great childhood memoriea where everything was in color, and happy, and never that serious. Sprinklea just brighten your day up and make it that much more celebratory. Have fun with all the bursts of color that you will get when you dig into this Sprinkles Mug Cake. I used lots of butter that’s why it has that yellow color instead of the normal white.

4 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
11/2 Tablespoons Candied Fennel Seeds
2 Tablespoons White Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
3 Tablespoons Milk
1/2 Tablespoon Butter
Pinch Salt

-Mix the dry Ingredients (All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Pinch of Salt) in a small bowl
-Add the wet ingredients (Milk and Melted Butter)
-Whisk the Batter mixture until smooth
-Stir in the 1 1/2 Tablespoon Candied Fennel Seeds
-Add the 1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
-Cook in the Microwave for 1 minute or until the cake looks like it is done
-Take it from the Microwave and let it cool before serving

Total time: 47 mins
